Our all new premium Puttanesca Sauce from Napoli is based on a neapolitan recipe with a storied history. Prior to 1958, brothels in Italy were not only legal but state-run‚ and the aromatic pasta alla puttanesca was always a house specialty because of the enticing aroma lent to it by olives, anchovies, capers and fresh garlic. We only use Kalamata olives in our sauce because of their juiciness and distinctive flavor.
