If you are not satisfied with our products due to any reason, especially the rare occasion of damage or spoilage, please contact us and we will do our best in order to make every individual situation satisfactory. Refunds or replacements can be solicited within 3 days of received shipment.

If for any reason items received are damaged or spoiled, please save all boxes and packaging material and keep item(s) refrigerated while contacting our return department.
