MarianoFoods.com guarantees all of our items are shipped fresh, exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition and shipped in a reasonable timeframe.  If you are not satisfied with our products due to any reason, especially the rare occasion of damage or spoilage, please contact us and we will do our best in order to make every individual situation satisfactory.  Refunds or replacements can be solicited within 3 days of received shipment.

Minimum Order

MarianoFoods.com has set a minimum order for the site at $35.00.  This minimum is in place due to the rising costs of running a business such as gas, labor, materials, etc.  Orders under the minimum are too costly for the company to pack without passing considerable costs to the customer.

Returns and Refunds

MarianoFoods.com will do their best to make sure all items received are in perfect condition.  If for any reason items received are damaged or spoiled, please save all boxes and packaging material and keep item(s) refrigerated while contacting our return department.  Please ship with original invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for return.  All return and refund inquires can be sent via out Contact Us form.

Availability

All items ordered are subject to in-stock availability.  If an order cannot be filled in a reasonable timeframe, you will be contacted and issued a full refund.  We are not liable for delays due to availability and we will strive to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, if we cannot you will be contacted immediately. 

For gift baskets, if an item is not available it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value.
