MarianoFoods.com is committed to continually improving its shipping methods! We are currently implementing state of the art packing and shipping techniques that will make your overall experience more enjoyable and convenient; enjoy!
General Tips: MarianoFoods.com is located and ships from Connecticut. Please reference the FedEx shipping map (bottom of page): If you are ordering a perishable item it is recommended that you follow these directions: • If the shipping destination is above 3 days – it’s highly recommended that you ship via USPS Priority Mail. • If you live within 1-2 days; it is recommended that you ship via less expensive service. Both will arrive in 1-2 days
FedEx Ground Mail Times The FedEx ground shipping map can be referenced in order to determine how many days (estimated) it will take after shipment for your package to arrive. This map will help you make the right shipping choice for your individual circumstances.
USPS Priority Mail Times USPS Priority mail delivery takes 2-3 days depending on location. This method is encouraged for shipping refrigerated items.
Incorrect Addresses MarianoFoods.com cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to products on shipments left outside with customer's authorization.
Restrictions We apologize but at this time we are not able to ship outside of the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to guarantee that our products will arrive in a timely manner, and in the best condition possible when shipping to these addresses. As we strive to accommodate all customers please inquire about your special shipping requests.
Delivery Times MarianoFoods.com does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or any legal holidays. All orders will be shipped the same day as receipt whenever possible. Orders received after 12:00 will be shipped the following day. Per each individual order and shipping times, we reserve the right to hold orders in order to avoid sitting in a truck/warehouse on carrier’s nonworking days. Ex. if you choose FedEx ground and are shipping semi-perishables and live in zone 5 and above, we will ship your order on the following Monday to avoid sitting.
Perishables MarianoFoods.com offers items that are well packaged and stored at ideal temperatures which allow us to ship all of our items with confidence. Although some foods such as chocolates can melt in transit during the summer months, we advise you to order accordingly. When ordering items such as chocolates, meats, and cheeses during the warmer months, we recommend that upon opening you refrigerate the item for 12-16 hours in order to let the product regain consistency.
Warmer Month Shipments (Insulated Shipping Containers) During the warmer months MarianoFoods.com will now be shipping perishable items through our new insulated shipping coolers. These innovative coolers allow us to ship our products around the country year-round even during the warm summer month. These coolers are an expensive addition to our company but will add extreme value for our customers. Due to the cost of these shippers, we are forced to charge our customers a low $7.50 per order if a shipping cooler is needed. Customer will only be charged for 1 cooler no matter how many perishable items are ordered. TIP: add more items to order to alleviate cost. Shipping cooler is a useful insulated eps foam container fitted inside of a corrugated shipping box. This cooler is yours to keep and can be used over and over again as a useful high qaulity cooler!
Shipping and Handling Cost MarianoFoods.com will use the shipping costs designated by USPS or FedEx and will add an extra $2.00 handling charge to compensate for boxes and packaging materials.
