If you know our family, you know our "secret recipe" homemade relish.  While in the food business, it only made sense to eventually manufacture and sell the secret relish that our family and friends have been devouring for decades.  This hot pepper relish combines the perfect amount of Italian long hots, bell peppers, jalapeno, and a touch of habanero to keep people coming back for years.  While making batches in our garage, neighbors, family & friends would come over, drink wine and wait patiently until the batch was done and put onto hot dogs to "test."  Now for the first time, we invite you to join our family and share our Secret Relish that we have kept to ourselves all these years!
