This all natural (no sulfites or sulfates) fine prosciutto hails from Canada .  Made by Cappola, these prosciutto’s go through a rigorous process that is similar to the techniques used in Italy .  They undergo a careful selection process, are rolled in natural salt, and then are hung for up to twelve months to ensure a beautiful ruby red color with a delicious and delicate flavor.
