The king of all Italian cheeses, Parmgiano Reggiano!  Aged 24 months, this fine cheese hails from the Emilio Romagna region of Italy and is protected by the Consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano.  This cheese will spruce up practically any dish and can also be enjoyed alone as a dish itself.
